Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any item
(except a CLEARANCE item) for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item price.
Returned items are subject to a shipping and handling fees and restocking fee.
This is for warehouse inspection of the returned carpet, re-stocking and re-wrapping and making it available for sale once again.
DELIVERY:
All orders purchased through EssgoCarpets.com are delivered for FREE within Canada.
There will be delivery costs when shipping to other countries. 20$ for small
carpets, 40$ for medium carpets and 60$ for large carpets. All our orders are shipped using ground service for continental USA & Canada.
Shipping times are approximately 5 to 10 business days. However, rarely
items may be on backorder and may take up to 30 days for delivery. If an item is on backorder you will be notified upon making your order. International orders
are subject to additional customs duties payable by the purchaser. All shipments are insured. We regret that we are unable to ship our oriental rugs to APO or
PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required.
SALES TAX:
Canadian residents are required to pay GST. Canadian residents living within the
province of Quebec are also required to pay PST.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase - you can return or exchange the item
within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible
for a refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees and restocking fee), upon receipt of the item. Return
shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. All returns require an authorization number which can be
